College Coach is an employer-sponsored program that provides employees and their children with resources and expert guidance to help navigate every aspect of the college planning and search process, including finding the right college, the admissions process and college financing. Also includes resources for school success in junior high and high school, along with career planning resources for college-aged children.
The support is primarily delivered through live and recorded webinars, phone counseling with expert guidance and an online Learning Center.
Enhanced Family Supports gives employees access to a wide range of care and education supports for working families. Primary components include a self-service care marketplace where employees can easily find and screen their own caregivers, access preferred enrollment into Bright Horizons centers or discounts on child care tuition at partner centers, and receive discounts on nanny placement services, virtual and in-person tutoring, and school break camps.
