We Support Your Wellbeing

Mattel’s onsite fitness centers, or Fitness Places, are located in El Segundo, CA, and East Aurora, NY. Established in the early 1990s to support employees’ health and wellness, they continue today as an employee benefit.

El Segundo and East Aurora Employees – The Fitness Place offers free group exercise classes, free individual workouts, and personal training for a nominal fee. Membership fees have been waived for all employees, so get started today!

US Employees – Physical Wellbeing support is now available for free to all US Mattel Employees through the Modern Health app. Access digital content, live and on-demand circles, and 1-on-1 Coaching with a Modern Health specialist to develop a plan to improve your exercise, nutrition, or sleep habits.
